People need to use more than written articles in order to achieve great results. I’ve spoken about a few of the things they need to make sure they are using.

Everyone in the world is unique and we all have different likes and dislikes. I think some people don’t have a clue about this and they are happy to play inside their bubble without coming out. Bloggers are especially bad for this. They are trying to grow an actual business that makes them lots of money, yet for some reason, they don’t seem capable enough to realise they are trying to appeal to more than one type of person. That results in people failing miserably at growing their business.

One of the biggest things I see today is the different forms of media people use to get their message across. When you look at the big boys and girls, the ones who are truly successful, you see they’re not just pumping out the same form of media each week. They actually realise some people are stimulated by design, by listening to audio, or one of the many other ways to connect with people. We are going to look at all the different ways you should be sharing your great advice so everyone will get a chance to appreciate it.

A picture says a thousand words

If you are skilled at drawing then a picture or two could be an amazing way to share information. This will make your blog totally unique from nearly everyone else in your niche and that is always an easy way to get more loyal readers. If you are rubbish at graphic design then maybe you could get someone to do it for you, but you don’t want to do it yourself if it’s going to look bad. It could have the opposite effect and people will hate it.

Visually stimulating infographics

Some people don’t want to read lots of content no matter how amazing it may be. That is probably why infographics have become so popular recently. You have all this great information waiting to burst out and if you find a way to display it visually inside an infographic, good things can happen. They also tend to get shared a lot more than normal content of equal value. I guess it’s because people respect it more as it seems difficult to create.

Getting in front of the camera

Shooting videos will result in you seeing massive growth because people will feel like you are their friend. You know this to be true and I bet you can even think of examples. When you read a blog from someone you don’t know it’s very unlikely you will feel any connection to them. Watch them on video and you will think they are your best friend. If you met them on the street you could have a long conversation with them. A video is the perfect way to build a relationship with your viewers.

A podcasting session

Although video is the king, podcasting is also a very good way to feel a connection with someone. When they listen to your voice every week they still feel like they are your best friend. This is especially true if you are talking about personal things while giving great advice. Podcasts come into their own when people start listening to them at times when they can’t watch a video. Listening to something on the way to work while you are driving is a perfect example.

Mind-blowing written content

The written word is obviously the most popular way to offer people content and it’s probably still popular with the biggest majority of the people. That doesn’t mean to say they will stick around if the content you are publishing isn’t up to a certain standard. You need to make sure you always deliver and that nobody in your niche can keep up with your work. That could mean writing fewer articles but spending much longer on each one to make it perfect.
